CHL PACIFIC REGION-WIDE. CHL is now (mostly) officially over. The Children’s Healthy Living Program, sponsored by a competitive grant from the USDA’s National Institute for Food and Agriculture (NIFA), as made huge steps forward in two US States – Hawai‘i and Alaska, and in the US-affililated islands of American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and Palau. We thank NIFA for the funds, our employees for their hard work and dedication, and to our communities for accepting the responsibility for transforming their living places into places of improved health and well-being for their children (and all inhabitants).
